Jen

As the founder of Holistic Help, I bring over 5 years of executive assistant experience to the table, having worked in entertainment, tech-wellness, and venture capital. My background has equipped me with the skills to help busy professionals streamline processes, prioritize effectively, and find balance in their work and personal lives.

Driven by my passion for helping others, I recently earned my master’s degree in clinical psychology at Antioch University in Los Angeles. This combination of administrative expertise and a deep commitment to mental, emotional, and physical health gives me a unique perspective to provide seamless support to busy professionals in the mental health field and beyond. I’m dedicated to creating systems that are intuitive and assisting my clients behind-the-scenes. With my help, you can focus on the work with your clients while I handle the rest.

A bit about me - I was born and raised in Southern California before heading to Texas Christian University for my undergraduate degree. I now live in Santa Monica with my fiancé and our adorable puppy, Billy. In my spare time, I enjoy running, cooking new recipes, and playing Cribbage.

I understand the unique challenges of running a business and the importance of having a trusted partner to handle the details. From creating an authentic and intentional online presence to tackling the day-to-day admin work, I’m here to make things easier and more efficient for you.

I earned my degree in finance and accounting from Texas Christian University and now live in Los Angeles, where my commitment to mental health and wellbeing inspires both my work and personal life. Outside of work, you’ll find me in the kitchen preparing for culinary school, staying active, or spending time with family.
